Return Terms and Conditions

We always look forward to provide a complete satisfaction to our customers with the best available products, price and service. However, in case of some unforeseen situation or dissatisfaction with the product received from Faserz, and require to return the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return. Also, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at info@shiborionline.com.

We accept return only if the product is having manufacture defects or it is not as described in product detail page. For manufacture defect we send new product with same design.

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched/customized clothing.

In any case if you want to return the products, please inform our executive at info@shiborionline.com or WhatsApp/call +91 9979289360.

Never send back any item without consulting with us. It's very important that you had verified with us for returning the ordered products. If products returned without verification then no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Refund Terms and Conditions

Remember! At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched salwar suits or sarees with custom blouse.

We will issue 80% refund of un-stitched product price. (20% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring charges.). No refund for custom duties, shipping cost and taxes, if applicable.
